You can search for a company or an individual by various parameters. The easiest way is to use the search box on the top of the page, which performs full-text search. If your search returns too many results, you need to use the advanced search form to restrict location, category, name, phone number, web address.

After you selected an organization or a person, you just need to press the button "Add review".

The registration is not mandatory on our site, you may leave reviews and comments anonymously. Unregistered users must enter a security code that protects out site from automatic publications. If you cannot recognize the security code, you may try again.

If something does not work as expected, please write us using "Contact Us" link in the bottom of every page and describe your problem. We promise to fix it within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, it is not always safe to tell the truth. Some cases are well-known, when some doctor requested from his client to delete a review which was not in favor of this doctor, and threatened by a lawsuit. The job of a journalist always have some risk, you need to remember that. Some countries protect free speech, some do not.

To avoid interception, use https protocol, which reliably encrypt all communication between your browser and our server. It is almost impossible to decipher https communication. To use https, just change the site address in your browser by replacing the first letters "http" by "https". YOur browser will complain that our certificate is self-issued, but you need to ignore that. Self-issued certificates do not guarantee authenticity, but making an exact copy of our site is expensive and nobody will do that because these efforts won't bring any profit. So, we recommend you to ignore browser's concern about our certificate and accept it.

We do note require users to register to leave review or comment. However, anonymous reviews are usually not trusted and sometimes are not considered at all. The registration allows to collect the history of reviews and comments. Other users with your permission may check the list of your reviews and comments and decide if they can trust your opinion. It is a very simplified model of the real world where every person has some reputation and weight of an opinion.
